Optimizer is formulated to maximize water consumption in poultry during production and feed withdrawal. Optimizer is a blend of organic acids, minerals, electrolytes and proprietary
flavorants specifically designed to promote water consumption. Developed by scientists at the
University of Arkansas, Optimizer enhances bird health and reduces economic losses associated
with mortality, condemnations and carcass shrink during feed withdrawal.
Recommended Use: Optimizer should be given during normal conditions, heat stress and at the time of preslaughter feed withdrawal to promote water consumption and hydration in birds.
Active Ingredients: Optimizer is a unique blend of lactic acid, acetic acid, proprionic acid, caprylic acid, copper proteinate, zinc proteinate, and proprietary flavors.
Application: For preslaughter feed withdrawal or extreme conditions: Meter undiluted product at the rate of 1 ounce per gallon (1:128 dilution).
For normal conditions: Beginning at 21 days-of-age, administer for 3 to 5 days per week. Mix 2 quarts to a 2 gallon stock solution and meter at the rate of 1 ounce per gallon (1:128).
